NEVER use BATTS appliance repair

They have take money from me in February this year for a repair of a microwave - made me pay upfront - It is now 7 months later the microwave came back worked for a week and then had to go back - and this has repeated for 6 months They cannot repair it sustainably and refuse to give the money back Do not answer calls. The owner refuses to take or return calls. Worst service ever. Have livged with AEG and would recommend anyone thinking of using them doesn’t I have logged complains with consumer complaints commission. - NEVER use this company. They take money and don’t fulfill their end of the bargain
