I bought two packs of toilet paper at Clicks Baywest mall Port Elizabeth on the 21th of December after i paid they told me there a problem at the tills and they cant give me the toilet rolls. They will refund me in 24hours. They even took my contact details they will call me That bever happen i went back to them four times with no kuck and vad service i decided to send clicks head office a email and after four times up and down with them they refunded me in the 2nd of December. On the 10 th of December my money went off my account again i went to clicks Baywest mall again to show them. They took my details again and till today no pne called me again. I went to see then in January they say they can't give me my toilet rolls i nust contact head office again What is so difficult just to give me what i paid for if i gave proof my money went off Clicks will kever see me again they xan jeep the toilet paper very bad service from them

I wish to formally express my dissatisfaction with the service I received. I recently purchased goods to the value of R23,000 and specifically requested delivery at a set time. Despite this, no effort was made by your company to communicate with me or honor my request. Furthermore, the manager on the floor was dismissive and rude when I attempted to raise my concerns. This level of service is completely unacceptable, especially given the value of my purchase. I expect this matter to be addressed urgently and look forward to your immediate response. Kaitlin helped me in the store, but really didn't feel my purchase meant anything to her. I'm a disappointmented customer in your service.

I was at Game Baywest in P.E I was treated so rudely and my son as well by Siviwe Stemele the cashier. She was shouting at my son and was very sarcastic with me. It will make me think twice about going there again.

The best service ever! A very big thank you to Verna and Chantè for their excellent and professional service. We ordered a piece of furniture on the 21st of November 2023, living in Oudtshoorn in the Western Cape expected delivery was within 14 to 21 days, so to our surprise on the 23rd the courier delivered the item. We will definitely recommend you and your brand to friends and family.

This is to Baywest Ster Kinekor as they don't respond to their reviews. On the 20th of Jan, me and my wife went out to watch a movie for our birthday's (our birthdays are 2 days apart), this was the first time we've been to the movies in a long time. We watched the new Avatar movie (really good movie), but was disappointed by the Baywest theatre. During the movie a bright light was turned on multiple times from the projecting room, lighting up the whole cinema and disturbing the movie experience we've been looking forward to. Ordering slush puppies was also a bit of a let down. As we all know beverages and food at cinemas are expensive so if you purchase something you would expect the cup to be full and not only 3/4 full. To summarize our experience was a good movie but not a great experience at the cinema house
