Thank you to BB Nissan Mokopane Riaan and George and their staff for the EXCELLENT service. Finding AND fixing it within 45 minutes. UNLIKE BB Sinoville where we sat for the whole day and sent back 200km with a car that shows ABS failure, AIRBAGS failure, no speedometer. BB Auto Mokopane REALLY went the extra mile looking after us as customers and the Mechanic is highly competent. REALLY RECOMMENDED to take your Nissan there.

Hello Peter, Am so disappointed with ford BB Polokwane, I had a problem with my car on Monday morning from Pretoria to Giyani so I find out that my car is overheating so I took it to ford BB Polokwane so that they can check it for me. They told me that they attend it cause they were fully booked. Tuesday they told me that they didn’t received the part then today they told me that they have a part but it’s possible that I can not get the car today and it’s not yet fixed at 11:30. And after fixing it it’s possible that there will be another problem why they didn’t pick it up am not so sure wherether it’s a **** or what. I really regret that i took it there ford wonderboom I never experienced this.

After having spent R60k on oils and fluid exchanges at BB Menlyn, I had to take my vehicle to Ford Hatfield only to be told that the old filters in the gearbox was not replaced and I now have gearbox damage that will cost another R50k for a remanufactured gearbox.

I do not know who to blame. The chassis on the right hand side, in front fo the front support of my Ford Ranger broke. The vehicle has only 210, 000km and we have only added 120k km to the vehicle since we bought is a Ford approved used vehicle. The vehicle has not been involved in an accident. We were alerted to the broken chassis by a the Ford dealer in MAKHADO (Louis Trichardt). We took the vehicle to a preferred Panelbeaters who gave us a quotation for R83k to repair the chassis, (chassis no longer available). Both the Panelbeaters and the Ford dealer in MAKHADO said they have never seen a broken chassis, bent yes, but not broken. It was clearly stated that this be a factory fault. The insurance company Santam sent an assessor to inspect the vehicle. Their report is comprehensive and they refused to accept a claim as the vehicle had not been involved in a accident. According this Santam the cause of the problem was the standard shock absorbers. This is confirmed in the following email extract. (my finings the damages caused was not due to any sort of accident – just to inform you as well I discussed this matter with Mic from Iron man and his conclusion was as the same of mine – the vehicle was “modified replacement bull bar” and in fact should have had upgrades made to the suspension (front and back)) I then referred the problem back to BB Auto. I sent them a full report on the problem. They in turn referred the matter to the bulbar fitters (Iron Man), which they said, and had insisted, I use, at the time of purchase of the vehicle. I worked according to their recommendation. BB Auto failed to adjust the shock absorbers which according to the experts was the cause of the problem. My claim against this so called authorised Ford dealer was met with the following rebuttal. (As per the info received , you where informed last week that this is unfortunately not a Ford issue and that you must please , have the work done via your insurance please ?) I again asked this so called Ford dealer to help and assist in solving the problem. Their response was in the form of a lawyers letter. The contents of which are here stated: We refer to the above matter as well as a volley of e-mails between yourself and our clients. We received instructions to deal with this matter in future. Kindly take notice that we do not intend to deal exhaustively with the matter at this juncture but will do so at a later stage and in an appropriate forum should the circumstances require us to do so. You purchased the vehicle as a second-hand vehicle from our client almost eight years ago. Our client fitted the vehicle with accessories including a “bull-bar” etc, which was fitted to the vehicle at your instance and request. Ironman 4x4 also identified damage to the vehicle, indicating that the vehicle was subjected to harsh and/or excessive use. It is speculated that the accessories alternatively the type of usage the vehicle was subjected to , in the further alternative, a combination of both are the root cause of the damage to your vehicle. I believe that this legal tactic (kicking for touch, the legal route) by BB Auto, is to endeavour to use their financial muscle, against a small farmer in Limpopo. This bully boy tactic of corporate businesses is an underhand way of dealing with their structural weaknesses and their lack of accountability. This tactic is employed to circumvent their own errors in not attending to the adjustment of the shock absorbers, and consequential damage, which they admit, and now to refuse to take up the matter of their negligence. The failure of BB Auto can be clearly seen in their expert knowledge used to determine how the vehicle has been used. Using a “bull-bar” builder and merchant, for their expert advice, against a proven motor vehicle manufacturer such as Ford? I wish to add. I have three motor vehicles all of which have worked on this farm for the past many years. None of them has seen any aligned failures their Kilometer readings are as follows. Land Rover1 1994 (570k km), LandRover 2 1998 (380k km), Subaru Outback 2010 (350k km). I look after my vehicles and have them serviced on a regular basis. I bought a Ford, as I believed it would be best suited for our operation. Unfortunately, the Ford Approved Authorised Dealer has failed to accept responsibility and accountability for their lack of oversight.

Uiters swak hoe hulle die employees behandel. Ek het geloop by hulle oor ek n beter geleentheid gekry het. My pension geld is betaal deur myself asook BB.

Just make sure you dont leave anything valuable in the car because you will never see it again, i booked in the car for repairs on the 07/03/2022 at around 1 pm, i took out everything but on my way to them i passed by some place to get R200.00 for my children's lunch snacks for the week and put it in the car's cup holder so i shouldnt forget it, unfortunately thats exactly what happened, i forgot it, and at 4 pm knocking off now i wanted to go buy snacks for my kids, thats when i remembered, i called them and they said there's nothing in the car, i told the lady i was 100% sure it should be in there but they maintained that there was no money, so my kids had to walk to school for the whole week without their snacks, on top of that the car wasn't completely fixed when i picked it up on friday.
