Post sales service is terrible, we purchased a Nissan patrol black hawk it is starting to become a journey of a nightmare. I explained multiple times that when the vehicle is in drive the rear right indicator lamp does not work I experienced this driving behind the car from Polokwane to Kruger National Park and back. When hazards were engaged when the vehicle was in motion only the rear left indicator was working when overtaking the right indicator lamp was as not working but the left was. I tried to explain this to the very rude service team that tried to make it seem as if I’m just blowing hot air over nothing, I assume maybe the term malfunction is not in their vocabulary because they would understand that it’s not an immediate thing that can just be tested in the workshop. A malfunctioning indicator can cause serious problem, it’s a high risk of accidents. Let me not even start and mention other issues with the car. Maybe they want an accident to occur. I’ll make sure I record my claims since they deem it unnecessary to check my vehicle

I recently had a disappointing experience with Nissan Hatfield. After servicing my car with them, I noticed damage to my instrument cluster when I picked it up. Initially I thought it was just dirt, but upon further inspection, I realised it was a more serious issue. I went to them the following day where the Manager told me I won’t be able to get it off as it was damaged by a chemical and my car wash was probably responsible for it. I told him the damage happened at their branch. He said he would investigate. Luckily when I got to work I realised I have photographic evidence, pictures I took on the morning of the service, and pictures I took of the damage after fetching it from them. I screenshot the pictures so he would also see time stamps on them and then forwarded to him, He said he will speak to everyone involved and give me a call the following Monday. It’s been 3 weeks and he hasn’t kept his word. As of today, I still haven’t received a resolution or communication from them.

I bought a nissan magnite Acenta at BB nissan Sinoville on the 23 January and collected it the next day. On the 17th February the car couldn't start in the morning and i contacted the dealership but they told me it's not their problem and i should contact Nissan SA. Nissan SA offered me a tow track and send the car to Bb nissan. Now they say the problem is the battery and they need to charge it for 72 before giving me a new one. I am stacked without a car for the second day .please help me. I paid for the car in cash

We bought 2 Navaras,A MONTH ago one at BB Sinoville with an electrical problem. Almost all systems failing. My husband had it at the service centre at BB Nissan Sinnoville. They fastened an earth bolt and it worked for a few 100 km. Same thing happened. He phoned the salesman and asked if he can bring the Navara in and was told to have it there the next day at 7. He left home at 5 sat there from 7 to after 2 just to be told they cant find the fault he has to bring it in again they need more time. But he can drive back home (over 200km) at 3 pm gave him a number of Nissan SA to phone if the car would have a breakdown. Nobody offered to order him something to eat after 9 hours - we would pay obviously. And what gets me the most is NO LOAN CAR. For a huge branch like that. I witnessed the service supervisor telling the Service Manager (a lady by the way) that it would be a risk to drive that Navara back home like that. They couldn't arrange for a Demo car or nothing. Had him drive home and back to them next week. Im busy SEARCHING FOR ANOTHER NISSAN SERVICE CENTER. Not sure who to trust now. Nobody cares as long as they make a ****** sale

I bought a car this year, a Nissan Magnite 1.0 engine capacity. The car was bought in January 2024 with the 3 year service plan which means I had 30 000 kilometers for these 3 years, every after 10 000 kilometers I should take my car for service. Now with my everyday driving from Soweto to Pretoria and vise verse the last service was unfortunately in September30 000. The day when they were servicing my car I received three consecutive calls from the dealership, the first call was about my chipped windscreen I disputed that, they wanted to change it and I told them no my windscreen is fine and I was told I don't have to worry my insurance will pay for it. I told them NO they don't have to change it I will handle it myself. Then the second call followed now I'm told my brake pads are almost finished, they need to be changed, I said noooo don't change them, then third call followed gues what another problem was discovered, I'm told my whipers are finished. Now I'm angry 😠 I'm like just service the car and leave everything else. So what does this mean they needed a way to suck money from me. It doesn't end we didn't have rain for sometime, so Tuesday and Wednesday it was raining, guess what the right whiper is not cleaning the window properly, I then realize that something is not right, the car is new and this is not my first car it's my third car. I've never changed whipers to both cars what the....is happening. I then remembered that they might have changed them especially the one on my side as a driver. Supprisingly so also my windscreen didn't have any cheap, now adding up the dots this is how they ********** women to make money. Because they think we know nothing about cars. So ladies should be very careful what they agree to when they are told they need to change something from their cars. The experience is bad, these people are very selfish and the lady that was assisting is a white lady, so don't you trust this dealership, they even misplaced my service book. Ladies learn to fix your cars and understand your car and know when to change what because you'll be ****** day light. I feel sorry for those who are already been ******.

I , like many others are extremely unsatisfied with the poor service received from BB mount Fuji Nissan's Used floor.... From the the Manager (Mr Stydom) that has no clue what is happening in his department to the Dealer princable (Mr Lowe) that holds himself unaccountable to the wrongdoings off his management. The cars that are parked on the used floor are falling apart & look As if they were spray painted by a bunch of amateurs in a garage.... I would not recommend doing any sort of business with that dealership.

Took my car in for service yesterday, dropped it off at 08:00 as agreed, then they said if there’s anything else they’ll call me. I received a call around 12:30 saying they can’t change brake pads because my service plan didn’t cater for it. I then gave them a policy number that I have that covers for the brake pads. Then I received no communication, so I assumed all was well. I went to the dealership around 14:10 as I wanted to check if they were done so I could go get my son from school. I found my car parked outside and I assumed they were done. Only for them to tell me to wait in the waiting area! For about an hour without any explanation. Then they drove the car to the back, I don’t know what for. Then the lady who was supposedly helping me KIM is her name, brought my keys after I’ve been complaining of waiting without an explanation, then she tells me they didn’t change the brake pads because she didn’t call the MFC to give them the policy number of the policy that covers brakes for me. I left the dealership around 15:30, car not fully serviced, and Kim was rude. Then I asked to speak to the manager and Kim just said he’s busy and that was it!

********* business practices at BB Nissan Makhado sequence of events: I Financed the vehicle through MFC It Was delivered on the 28th March in Polokwane .This car had funny sounds when you change gears which i informed the Dealer . On the 5th June i had a breakdown on N1 which i informed the Dealer about .The vehicle had challenges to change gear and i towed it to my Manager 's house who gave me his car to attend the meeting in PTA ,then next morning took it to Car Care Clinic in Sunninghill. They have yesterday confirmed that the car has gearbox problems. I am of strong opinion that this vehicle was sold with mechanical issues knowingly hence i am being ignored .I have been asking for DP to reach out to me and i was told that won’t happen . This is now a contractual / legal matter which requires prompt attention and i will treat it as such
