Shocking service from reception to service dept. No communication on progress of maintenance on the car. Told the car was ready Friday afternoon. Drove from Johannesburg the car is still not ready Saturday morning. How do you keep your doors open with this type of service? Asked to speak to a manager he is at his child's school. Why is there no manager on site or contactable on hidls cellphone

Hey BB Nissan Tzaneen, 🚨 BIG PROBLEM! I just found out about a tracker on my new car that I didn't agree to. When I signed the papers, I was told it was just standard procedure, didn't even realise it was a tracker, let alone that I'd be paying for it 😡. Not cool, guys. Sort it out ASAP. I want to know why I was misled and what the deal is with the tracker fees.

I'm writing to express my concern about a tracker that was installed on my vehicle without my consent. I'm unhappy about this and feel it's unfair that I'm now expected to pay for it. Could we discuss this matter further?

The service department guys need to improve in their customer service and to develop some interest in their job. They talk to other people whilst on the phone with you without even apologising or acknowledging your presence and not honouring email request at all. Poor customer service. Avoid this branch if you have other options please.

Poor service by servicing department. I took my car for service on the 16/09/2021. No urgency on their work. My car was book on my service plan contract later in the afternoon-No enough mechanics available, administration process is poor between the servicing department and the service plan admin. No communication has been made. My car has been with the dealer for 5 days now.
