Bought a brand new Magnite at their dealership. From first service to second service, I asked them to change the squeeky, noisy brakes. They kept on telling me they will get better with tim, now they are worse and I feel like they are unsafe. I am even thinking of getting rid of the car and run away from Nissan products. They can't resolve simple brake pads issues. What if I get a major issue?

I bought the car from their dealership in 2022 January, it is a Nissan Maglite CVT accenta plus.I have been experiencing numerous problems with the car since the 1st month i bought it till to date.All the challenges were reported to them,but it seem they are not bothered about my frustrations.Since the car has so many problems,whether they are able to fix or not,I don't enjoy driving the car and I'm always scared of either driving at night or taking long distance trips.

I bought a new Nissan Magnite on May from BB Sinoville Nissan. I received a gòod service from them throughout the buying process and I was promised R2000 cash from the sales person by the name of Alpheous Khobo, such a hypocrite or that is the strategy he use to of giving empty promises to get sales. Mind you, his exact words was this is a token of appreciation for being a loyal customer but sad to say that is where good service ended. After 6 months doing follow up about my R2000, I am given the run arounds. I even escalated the matter to his senior by the name of George and got the shock of my life by his response" Morning. We have spoken to Alpeus and he said he will pay the money to you. This is an agreement between yourself and Alpheus and not between you and BB Sinoville. He has given myself and our DP the assurance that he will pay. Trust this is in order." Like seriously

Took a departmental car my colleague complained about the service consultant being rude i thought she was just exaggerating until I got on the call with one of the ladies she just transfered me while i was still talking and she was addressing me like a child as a transport officer I've never came across such, worst experience ever

I bought a Hyundai IX35 on the 17th April 2023. Later that evening while driving the windows switch did not work. I phoned the salesperson that helped me and told him about my problem. He told me that I need to bring in my car. The very next day (18th April 2023) I went and filled up the petrol tank, as I wanted to leave the car did not want to start at all. I phoned again and he sent someone to come pick up the car. It was a faulty positive connector on the battery. I told them to fix the battery connector and the window switch. They phoned me on the 19th of April and told me that they need to order a new window switch for my car and it would take 5 weeks. 12 June I called for a follow up and they told me it will take anywhere between 3 to 9 months to get a new window switch. I phoned them on the 21st of June for a follow up and they told me to bring in my car, because the person that helped me transferred to other Nissan. A new salesman took on my problem and he said I need to bring in my car the 28th of June, they need to take out the unit and see if they can repair or need to order a new one... My fiancé took in my car the 28th June, they told my fiancé that they are taking out the old one and the new one will be here early next week (3rd - 8th July), there was no follow up calls, I had to phone and ask what is going on. I phoned again on the 11th of July asking when the part will be here, because it is very dangerous for me and my fiancé to drive the car where we need to open the door to go through ticket gates at malls and tollgates, Raymond at Nissan told me that the part is still not ordered. So the part was still not ordered from the 17th of APRIL!

I took my car in for 135000km service, i called the following day, they said they need to open the engine and take it to engineering because it has a water/coolent lick on the water bottle. A laddy by the name Keagile said they might have to buy a new engine. I went to them and told them to only do service. Now i called again today and she said to me they are about to open the engine, riggt after telling her not to. I again said they must not do that. These guys take opportunity in trying to mKe money through false dignostics.

We purchased a 12 month old car for 450000 from this branch. We found faults in the car and returned to a different bissan dealership. The problem persisted. They have now given us an invoice for 30 000 to repair something that they claimw e modified the vehicle which they have sold us. This means that they sold us a vehicle which had been tampered with. They have accused us eprosnally of tampering with the vehicle without check the service history at other branches
