Shocking Customer Service
Absolutely shocking service. Send numerous emails asking them to explain better what they have sent and just repeat the same email when replying. Then you ask what you paid them for and they take over month to get back to you. Then I get threatened to be taken on by their legal department for defamation of character when honestly i was telling them the truth about how incompetent and useless they are with customer service.

Tax consultant took money but never performed service requested
Stay away - this is meant to be a professional financial company dealing with in our case tax. We paid a lot of money to one of the associates Bennie Beukes to perform tax services. We were lied to, e-mails not answered, ignored request for a meeting and phone put down when we tried to have a conversation. This is very sad that, what is meant to be a professional company and service rendered turned out to only be someone stealing our money-because the service we requested was never performed.
