Going the exstra mile in customer service
After a bit of a ruff start i must say corne an lindie went out of their way and went the extra mile to solve the issue ( that was not caused by them but by unfortunate circumstances ) they even this morning delivered my parcel them selves due to a lack of time and to make sure there is no further delays due to waiting for courier company!! Thank you so so much for all the trouble you went through. Will definitely make use of you again!!

Extremely poor service
First time i bought from them. Placed order online received email saying order was received not processed. But it will take 6 to 10 working days. After 6 fays not receiving anything that say the order is progress i mailed them twive needeless to say with no response. For 2 days i tried calling all 3 numbers on their web left messageson all 3 with no response. On 11 des i made a comment on their fb page about the poor service then in 15min a corne could call saying they mos said 6 to 10 days.... very ****y...told me he can not call every customer every day to say how far their order are... WOW thats the way to speak to new clients!! Well done Corne!! Well needless to say that was 11 dec today is 16 dec still no parcel or any feedback!! Will not recommend them to anyone!!

Poor service, delayed delivery
I used to order from Be Fabulous Jewellery all the time and I would receive my orders within 24 hours. I placed an order on 03 November 2024. Their estimated delivery time is 7-10 working days. I followed up with them via phone and email on 19 November 2024 and they said that they were waiting for stock to arrive. It is now 26 November 2024 and I haven’t heard anything. They haven’t even sent a follow up email to advise progress. I am starting to suspect that they are advertising items that are not yet in stock and then taking advance payments before the goods are received.

An honest reliable supplier
After an initial problem not hearing from them and worrying that I had been ****med, I am delighted to say that my order was processed really quickly and Corne was fabulous in helping me when one of the charms I had ordered was not available. Thank you so much!!!!

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!!
Just lost out on R1000 placing an order with this company. Can't even reach anyone to communicate with. I'm gutted, not only about the money but because this was a really special gift for my daughter in law who I can now buy nothing for because we saved for this for her 30th birthday. I am horrified that people can cheat you like this!!!! No conscience whatsoever!!!!!

This is the worst client service I have received from this company. I have placed a order on the 2de December and the order will only be processes once they have finished with there old order. This is not client services at all. Nowhere on there website does it say that there will be a delay due to very high demand on the deliveries.
