I wish I had known about this site. It comes up as Single40sdating, not Be2 Sarl on HelloPeter, so I couldn't find any of these reviews. I had the same experience. You think you don't have to pay until you sign up for premium, but in fact you're already signed up by clicking on agreeing to the terms and conditions and they hide this fact from you until you suddenly have to pay months later when they threaten you with legal action. And it's more than R1000 or they report you to debt collectors. There were no reminders, which is obviously how they plan it so they can ****** money from you once you're in debt. There were hardly any people on the site and the message I received were from bots.

Please be aware when signing up to one of Be2's fairly new dating sites, Single40sDating in SA. Just Google their reviews - Single50sDating, Be2 Dating, Single60sDating - they are all part of Be2 sarl. The reason for my compliant is they offer a 1 month, 3 month, 6 and 12 month subscription. Now, I do believe like most people, you go for the 1 month just to see what its about. This site is also quite expensive, so the way the advertise their 1 month subscription as "most popular" seems very attractive at R399 - I mean- lets give it a try. Once you enter you credit card details, you automatically sign a contract, only to receive the T&C after paying - which is very small at the bottom. You need to cancel 7 days before renewal to exit contract. You need to fill in a form which is right at the bottom of the website - very difficult to find. If you cancel to late - they will automatically deduct money form your account, but here's the catch. The monthly fee changes from R399, which is fair - to R995. This is absurd. Who in their right mind will pay a R1000 for a dating app for a month. If you stop the payment you get threaten with debt collection. They false advertise only to **** you out of almost 3 times the agreed monthly fee. When sending emails - they are all automatic responses. To have piece of mind, you end up paying the R995 plus anther R220 because you failed to pay. The site is also loaded with ****mers and robots. Please, do yourselves a favour - read reviews.

One month subscription just got upgraded with out consent and account was debited. Had previously stopped the subscription before deduction. Deleted the app so I have no evidence. Now I'm being handed over to lawyers for a large amount.

Please refrain from using this dating site, once you join them you can't delete your account. Even if you eventually do get customer service to delete your account. They still continue to deduct money from your bank account without your knowledge. What they tell you fee are is not actually what they deduct. The site is full of people with fake profile and when you report it to customer service, they do nothing about it. Now I am struggling to get my money back that they fraudulent took from my bank account 😡😡😡😡😡😡

This internet site debit my account without me even subscribed to them. Nowhere on my app store to even try and cancel the subscription. Don't know where they even got my details. Unable to get any response from them. See people say you have to get a new bank card to get them to stop debiting your account
