Treats customers with trust, amazing service
Amazing service. I ordered a blouse that was 2 big and they immediately sent me another 2 sizes to select from. No questions asked. They just wanted to make sure I was happy. I now need to return 2 (keeping one), but will figure that out no doubt

Fantastic service! I ordered a pair of running shorts on a Saturday afternoon, had feedback every day as to where my order was, and they arrived in Johannesburg on the Tuesday. Brilliant packaging and extremely happy with the quality of the shorts. Will definitely be using them again

Everything about this company is 10/10 :) from the exceptional customer service, high quality products and great pricing. Nothing but great words, other e-commerce companies in South Africa could learn a lot from these guys

Beanbag the Brand
Ordered my SAFFAS beanbag online. As they had such an influx of orders after the World Cup, they ran out of stock. I was kept up to date via regular e-mails. Great customer service! Proudly South African!
