Complain

I bought a house with Bearcon Homes in 2022 October and still my electricity is not connected, I am not sure how Nedbank and municipality approved the house their only reason is that they lost the receipt they cannot find it on their system, their wall cracks and fascia boards are falling off the house, Toilet leaks and shower tap comes off. I send the lawyer whom I signed the contract with the only thing she does is send the emails and no action taken.
