Refund

I bought bearings which these guys had to bring from another branch because they didn't have stock. I collected the bearings but the packaging has been tampered with from another branch. It was sealed with celotape. Upon trying to fit the bearings I discovered that they were the wrong ones. I went back with the bearings the Bearing international Stuff starred to complain that the packaging was not in good shape. I explained that it was the same packaging the bearings were in. I then explained to the manager of the branch Ivan Nicholson who said he will instruct the salesperson to do a refund. Upon following up I was told by the salesperson called Petros that he can not refund me because Mr Ivan Nicholson has left the company so the new manager is refusing
