BEAUTIFUL STRUCTURES: STAY AWAY!

STAY AWAY! I am utterly disgusted at the service we have received from Beautiful Structures. We ordered our 4 bay windows at the end of March 2024. Daniel only started installation of the first window at the end of July. To date, this window has still not been completed. He started installation of the second window on the 2nd of September 2024, and to date, the 25th of October 2024, he has not sealed, or painted the window, exposing the window to the weather elements. Please note that he advertises that it takes 2/3 days to install the windows. He has not even started the 3rd or 4th window, without any indication as to when this will be done. The full deposit, and the draw, have been paid. He is completely unphased that we cannot proceed with the remainder of the renovation, and that we live with raw concrete exposed in the house. I even brought a high court application, to compel him to finish the work, but he remains unphased. The Christmas holiday period is approaching fast, which means this nightmare of a renovation will roll over until February 2025....this after we were told this is a simple project. STAY FAR FAR AWAY!
