Painless, pleasant experience from local business
Bought the mattress on line. Today it was delivered on time as stated. Excellent service, impressive and pleasant experience. You are definitely the only one on my list for future mattresses. Well done and thank you.

Bad service from Bed Buys and theur manufacturer
I bought a Orthopedic double bed from Bedbuys 06July 2019. After a month the feet of the bed falls out. It happens at three different occasions. I inform Bedbuys they will send a manufacturer to my place. Today someone comes to my house to inspect the bed. I told him the experiences i had with the bed. He gets all irritated an agitated with me when i demand a new bed. I ask him was his name was, he refuse to give me his name. He storms out of our house. Is this how all customers are treated i ask him, since he is white. Im not satisfied at all with the service of Bedbuys and the manufacturer as well. Client service is defnitely not important to them. Im disgusted by the way that white male, who refuse to give me his name, treated me as a client!!!!!!!Please do something about it i beg you. I am a hardworking South african citizen who needed to be treated wit respect and dignity, irrespective of my race...

Excellent Service delivery
I would just like to thank Dale from Bed Buys in Parow for his professional, sufficient and excellent service. I inquired online on Friday 09th Feb about a Tri Bunk that I was interested in , first thing Saturday morning Dale gives me a call & says he will send me a quote and advised me that they have stock and delivery can be made the same day if I make payment. Unfortunately I didn't get the quote on Saturday due to me having a problem with my emails , when I called Dale Monday morning he immediately resent the email to me and I got the quote , I then made payment yesterday afternoon and guess what Dale called me this morning and my bed was delivered. WOW what amazing service from Dale & Bed Buys & this after I received terrible service from a other Bed company in belville 2 weeks ago. Lucky I came across Bed Buys and there service and price was excellent. I will recommend Bed Buys to everyone. I am a very happy customer :) Kim
