Misleading information about the delivery on the website
I had placed an order online, which allowed me to select delivery to all provinces including the rates to free state. After the order, I received an email from Rea that I need to pay R5k for delivery to Free State as is the area they do not cover. I went further to write an email to seek confirmation of specific areas within the Free State thier deliveries cover, so we can arrange pick up from that location. I had to request them to then deliver to Gauteng after no assistance it was provided to me. I am really disappointed as they misleading the customers without taking accountability or doing something about it. Their website is misleading yoh..

Misleading information about the delivery on the website

Cape Town warehouse does not exist.
After seeing an online ad and not being gullible, I went to their Cape Town premises to check whether they’re legit. Arrived on site and there’s no warehouse there, after enquiring with the neighbouring businesses it would seem that they have never had a warehouse there. **** **** ****. Hopefully more people do their homework and don’t get duped by this bunch.

Cape Town warehouse does not exist.
After seeing an online ad and not being gullible, I went to their Cape Town premises to check whether they’re legit. Arrived on site and there’s no warehouse there, after enquiring with the neighbouring businesses it would seem that they have never had a warehouse there. **** **** ****. Hopefully more people do their homework and don’t get duped by this bunch.

BED WAREHOUSE FALSE ADVERTISING
The service is beyond bad and they advertise items on the Leroy Merlin online store outside of the Consumer Protection Act guidelines of fair and honest dealings, ommission or false information, and false advertising. I ordered a storage base set - supp**** by Bed Warehouse. The listing showed delivery nation wide, listed my area and showed a delivery fee of R500. When signing up on the site it gave me a R500 discount voucher which I app**** and the site app**** it to the delivery fee. Three days after placing the order I get a notification that Bed Warehouse rejected the sale as they do not deliver in my area. The worst of it is that suddenly the item is no longer listed on the site!!!!!!!

Poor poor sevice delivery
Poor poor service delivery. It's over a month since I bought the items through an online with the company with an agreement to be deliver on the 22 November 2024. Today I have not received the items. During follow-up, it was mentioned that it will be delivered for an extra payment. After a follow -up with an indication that I have already made payment, the service provider whereby they have never came with feedback thus far. Not sure if this is a **** or what?

Poor poor service delivery. It's over a month since I bought the items through an online with the company with an agreement to be deliver on the 22 November 2024. Today I have not received the items. During follow-up, it was mentioned that it will be delivered for an extra payment. Service provider not being honest
I made an enquiry to the service provide about the interested items whereby I purchased a three-quarter dual function bed with its convector and the mattress of the bed. I also paid for delivery as per an indication of the where I am residing. They further that the turnaround time for the delivery is 2-3 week which they gave me 22 Nov 2024. I make a deposit cash of R7050.00 with a trust to wait and receive the items. 3 days prior the delivery date, the service provider told me they cannot deliver because there are no deliveries of the side I am residing which it was not how it was committed initially. I indicated my disappointment through their chat channel which they said that I need to pay R 1200.00 for the delivery to be done. I indicated that I have already paid R800 whereby I will pay the difference of R 400. I have never got a response from the service provider till to date. I tried to do follow-up last week and this week.

Never buy from from this company even on takealot they don't care about their customer
I bought a queen sleeper couch and it was delivered on the 25th of September 2004, when it was delivered it had stitches as if it was a repair, I called the office and reported it even the delivery guy reported it anf they promised to fetch it the following day , today it is the 16th of October and the couch is uncomfortable to sit on or even use it as a sleepr couch of the quality that was used, it feels like the couch was used before hai sies my 5500 gone down the drain please help and remove and make sure this business is closed this is daylight ******* ,they don't care about customers satisfaction.

Please note that your serive is patetic. I orderd a bed on line and was promissed it will be here 27 Sep. See correspondance Thank you for your order at Bed Warehouse through Leroy Merlin. Please note that we only deliver to KZN once every 2 weeks. Our next vehicle for KZN will leave JHB on the 25th of September to deliver between the 26th and 27th of September 2024. Please kindly confirm if you will be available to accept delivery. We look forward to hearing from you. Kind regards Bed Warehouse" I need to find out how I can cancel my order and get my money bed so that I can go buy as bed local.

WORST bed and mattress selling place
Bed Warehouse, Twickenham Park, Cape Town. I have called yesterday asking for a specific mattress and wanted 2 mattresses. They did not have but told me it would be there today, I confirmed with him this morning and was told yes, there is two. I drove all the way there (more than 60km) only to be told he received a delivery note from head office that the beds he told me I can come and purchase must now go for an order on Takealot. This is very unprofessional and THE WORST CUSTOMER service!!! I would never recommend them at all and now I understand why they are not on Google maps because I am sure I 'm not the only person with a bad experience.

WORST bed and mattress selling place

I would never recommend them at all and now I understand why they are not on Google maps because I am sure I 'm not the only person with a bad experience.
