Second hand like bed

Goodday my name is Khulisile, I bought a bed from you in May. I lost my invoice, the bed has a 15 year warranty but when I ask about it the consultant said it's 1 year and the invoice is needed to confirm delivery fares. I have proof on my chats of the payment and delivery. My problem with my bed discomfort the foam has drastically flattened, I now feel the legs on the sides. The mattress is a 95kg per side and I'm 51kg yet the foam is flat I can't sleep on top of blankets for the bed to be firm, I know my bed has a problem cause my partner referred me to you and his bed is still fine bought it a years ago.
