I have made two submissions via the subject channel, one approx 24 Feb (unable yo log in) and the other this week re incorrect ICD10 coding in your claim for service at your Roseacres branch. No response. Why have the channel then? So now I have to phone you? Note also that Discovery called me to explain why the cost had been charged to my MSA and not my oncology benefits and the caller told me that she had tried to reach you on 011 8694530 and no one answered. You have the functionality but are not very functional, it seems. That seems to be confirmed from the ratings in other submissions via this medium that I've read. Only 1 of the twelve was positive.

I have been waiting for a refund of a sonar that wasn't done. The refund has been refused... this is ***** and this is a disgusting company. You can't keep money for services not rendered. I was forced to pay on the spot. Absolutely shocking!

My wife and I visited the Linksfield Branch on Wednesday 22 November 2023 for an MRI scan, It is the most unfriendly reception we have ever had, It would seem that the staff are doing us a favor to assist. After waiting for 15 minutes we were not called but merely called with no communication just a nod of the Head by Kagiso. He does not enter into a conversation but merely nods his head, I made a co-payment of R 3470. and the balance covered by medical aid. After the scan we proceeded to sit in the waiting area to receive the results. After 20 minutes of waiting we asked when will we get the results only to be informed that the results will be emailed. If we did not ask we would probably still sit there. Needless to say it is the 27th of November today and we still have not received the results. I phoned again this morning only to be transferred from pillar to post. Nobody takes ownership. Do steer away from this shoddy service. Maybe to be investigated by the Competition Commision since they are nestled in at every hospital it seems.

If I could, I would give no stars. STAY AWAY FROM THEM and rather take the time to go to ProScan. Diagnostic Radiology overcharges people for scans, MRI's, etc. I was quoted around R16K for an MRI and when my doctor told me about ProScan, I told them I'd rather leave. They then came back with a quote of R9k!!!!!!!!!!!!! I had already done 2 or three MRIs with them!! How can they be overcharging like this!!! They depleted my medical aid, I had to take loans to pay for all this to only find out they doing daylight *******!!!!!!!!! DISGUSTING HUMAN BEINGS TRYING MAKE MONEY OFF SICK PEOPLE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! DO NOT USE. RATHER GO TO PROSCAN!!!!!!!!!!!! And now they want me to pay a bill but don't have the decency to respond to emails. This bill is the cause of their negligence!!!

on the 31st of January I had the misfortune to have a scan at the Alberton facility, the wait time was more that 1.25 hours in an empty waiting room, The reception staff were more interested in private conversation than giving information. Adding insult to injury I am now due a refund from DRS I followed the instruction to go to the branch with my id, and the card used to pay the original account only to be told that they do not do refunds, contact the accounts department, the call is answered by an automated system but none of the option takes you to a human being, even the reception goes unanswered. I think that the practice lacks any form of customer service ethic and will in future go to an alternative supplier.

On Thursday the 18th of March I went to Alberton union hospital because my sister was sick, when I went to xray I was helped by a lady named Kelly I explained to her that I didn't have the funds to do the test she than told me it was okay that I can pay it monthly... When I went to pick up the result that night a guy helped me and refused to give me the results saying that I need to pay, I explained him that Kelly had helped me and she said I could pay this off monthly as I do not have any money at the moment. The next morning I got a call from Kelly telling me that I was suppose to pay for it and she did not tell me that I can pay this off... She was a big liar... How can I pay for results that I do not have... How unprofessional is the people working for this company... It's so sad that when you sick and people tend to frustrate you and speak lies... If I was suppose to pay upfront why was the money not taken immediately?

After call center calling me about the outstanding payment I requested the documents that were submitted to the medical aid and it turns out they rejected because if wrong docs submitted. I asked the radiologist to sendcthe correct documents and they sent the wrong docs which I informed them they were incorrect and their response was they do submit wrong docs and the medical aid normally pays which is unheard of. They do not have the correct documents instead pf acknowledging their mistake they refuse to and blames me for their behavior of submitting incorrect information to the medical aid. If your in a business of lying to the medical aid and hope they pay for it please consult with them and leave me alone unless you can give me the copy of correct documents
