DON'T KEEP THERE WORD RE MATTRESS EXCHANGE!!!!!!

Ordered a mattress on line on the 7th Jan 2023 which was delivered on the 24th Jan 20203. I have had the mattress for 59 Days and want to swap it for an extra length one. On there web site they say if you purchase a mattress protector they will give you 100 nights exchange guarantee. They have come back to me and said they cannot swop it as i have had the mattress for some time. This company does not keep up there promise of exchanging the mattress. They also say use the bed for a minimum of 30 days which i have done. I would not recommend this company as they don't keep there word re the exchange program.
