Worst place to purchase a bed from

Beds3go "quality street" .. Worst customer service, stuff mislead customers into buying their products, once the sale is done there is no after sales service. We have purchased a bed which has been the worst absolutely hard. We was advised the bed will soften as used, none of that exists. We called for a refund they cannot return due to covid but that was not explained at purchase.
