Hi i bought a bed from Beds direct in 2019 a Cloud nine bed that was expensive for a pensioner . We had a problem with the bed and they send a person out to my house to come and messaged the bed and took photos off the bed and exchanged the bed for us the bed have a 20 year guarantee and 20 year warrantee . They send us another Cloud nine bed and within 6 months we had the same problem people came out took photos and did there measurements and the CEO JC Smit said they think there was a production problem with the beds . Beds direct and Rest Assure are one company and they arranged to changed the bed again because if the problem they relished we had . Rest Assure sent us a Genesis bed and we slept in the bed for about 2 year and the bed top pillow making wafe as you toss and turn at night i contact Bed direct and the said that the bed we have need to be taking care off by Rest Assure i contacted them be cause of the warranty and Guarantee we hand send them photos of the bed they said that they will not replace the bed because off the way the bed looked like .I told them what the situation are and said they not going to exchange the bed . NB I feel that what we paid for the beds was very expensive and had to pay money in every time they changed the beds . We have the guarantee and warranty on these beds and they don't want to help us now . NB I am very disanointed and need help ASAP please .Thanks Rudi Grobler i

very poor. would definitely not use again. the mattress they sold me hurts my lower back and they refuse to exchange it. they communicated an exchange policy which i remembered as 30 days +when i arrived it suddenly became 3 weeks. their policy is not on the invoice. poor mattress, poor service, poor advice, all round a waste of time and money

I ordered a Sealy Cool Gel pillow from Beds Direct on the 17th, expecting delivery by Wednesday or Thursday. It was in fact delivered the next day much to my pleasant surprise Thank you for awesome service

Do not buy from here. Bought a bed that was supposed to be medium. When it arrived the bed was hard. We asked them to remove the plastic which the delivery guys took with them. Now when I want to exchange I have to pay R450 delivery, R499 mattress cover and the difference in price. Then I asked about refund and because the bed was opened they will deduct 16% of the purchase price which apparently is part of their policy, the bed was delivered yesterday and no one has slept on it. According to the consumer rights we were supposed to be allowed seven days to exchange esp when ordering online as we did not test the bed first. They hide behind their policies instead of making customers happy with their purchase

Thanks to Bethuel Maabane who assisted me with a new base after months of trying to get the supplier to deliver. Bethuel was polite and friendly and followed up with the delivery all the time. Eventually after getting no satisfaction from their supplier, he replaced the base himself.

Excellent Service from Edwin and the delivery team of BedsDirect, I ordered and paid and beds were delivered the very next day. 2 of the legs didn't fit nicely, I e-mailed Edwin and he personally delivered 3 legs to my house the very next day. Vey happy and impressed with the service.
