So, I bought some dog snacks (Beeno) from Checkers and when I opened the packs, the snacks were mouldy and disgusting. I took pics (wish I could attach them here) and sent the serial/batch numbers to Beeno and have never heard back from them. This must be months ago now. I have since never purchased their brand for my furkids again.

I have tried twice to contact Beeno regarding treats that I purchased that has white spots on. The treats are not expired and have been kept in my grocery cupboard. They acknowledge my message and say that they will get back to me soon, but this is almost 2 weeks since the first time I contacted them and still nothing.

Despicable customer service Their customer service is downright awful. I spoke to an agent named Tabo. He just doesn't listen l, I called thrice from the 13th of August and yet he makes me repeat my query to him thrice.As someone working in customer service, how can you not have any listening skills? Basically, my query was the beeno maple bacon mallow treat is flavoured incorrectly. The maple bacon flavour is actually peanut butter flavoured. Ive had this problem on 3 or 4 occasions The product Looks like the purple and white maple bacon but smells exactly like their peanut flavoured one. I knew something was up when my dog refused to eat this treat that he usually adores.The point is, if I paid for something, I expected it to be what it says on the packet. This issue is an ongoing one, I ended up giving away tub a few packets because it was peanut butter flavoured and not maple like it says on the packet. I still have 3 unopened packets to have beeno inspect. I called tabo once again yesterday, and guess what, he fails to respond to me via email like he said he would. I literally responded immediately to his, and I'm still waiting on his response. I called once more today on the 23 of August and Tabo picks up my call, I ask him why he didn't get back to me. He apologises and tells me to hold the line. He puts me on hold for 8 minutes and then cuts the call. What terrible service! I finally got ahold of an agent who sounds like she cares. Hoping she sorts out my query. This maple bacon treat has been a firm favourite with my dog and it's disappointing to get another flavour. If I wanted the peanut butter flavour, I would've bought it. I've wasted money on this product on multiple occasions because of beenos incompetence. I will file a complaint with the national complaints commission if this matter isn't sorted out. We should be getting what we paid for right? As someone who supported this product and brand for over a decade it's very disheartening to get such terrible customer support. If my dog didn't like this particular product so much I'd stop supporting this brand altogether. If my issue isn't resolved, I will look for alternatives. I'm already put of this company after reading all the reviews on hello Peter. I had no idea this company was this bad. I advise others to report them to the NCC when finding things like fishing line in a dog biscuit. That's ridiculous! If it were a human product it would've been a big deal.

I called again 5 hours later and got a female agent on the phone, she promised to email me right after the call after I explained the situation and my frustration with the previous agent and guess what, she also didn't send an email. Bob Martin/beeno needs better customer service. If you guys won't help me, I should report this issue to NCC. I'm basically wasting money because you people can't label your product correctly and mixing up flavours.

In the beginning we use to love beeno But now it's getting ridiculous!! First you changed from a 1kg to a 800g. The prices in the shops went up after that even tho the beeno biscuits were 200g less. That is 40 beeno cookies less!! This week when we bought a pack we saw that the biscuits is way thinner than it always was!! So we pay the same price or higher for thinner biscuits and it is only 800g🤦♀️ Definitely not impressed with beeno anymore and our dogs loves beeno. We are starting to look for something that is actually worth the money

We have always baught beeno large biscuits for our dogs withou any issues. Lately, all of them are in little pieces. If I wanted small biscuits I would have purchased the small ones.

My pups love their Beeno treats, but in January 2023 I found a piece of wire with green plastic coating in a Beeno shape. I have sent a photo of the packet and the wire to their head office, but as yet am still waiting for a reply. I see on reviews here that Beeno is not fond of answering complaints. Bit shabby to treat your customers like this.
