I ordered handmade crafts from Arita Addinall's facebook page "Bekostigbare Geskenke / Affordable Gifts" on the 20th of March 2025. She required full payment upfront, which I did, and 7 business days to complete my order. After the 7 days were over I phoned to find out when I could expect my order, she told me that she couldn't complete the order because she didn't have the material. Not once during the 7 days did she phone me to notify me that she wouldn't be able to fulfill my order. She then promised to refund my money in full before the 4th of March. She never refunded me up till today. Do not order from Arita Addinall!
