Unhappy camper

I have read a number of reviews for Warmbaths Bela ;Bela resort. I must say that the standard reply of we take guest seriously is a lie. we have recently stayed at Bela Bela resort and as many other people have stated the facilities are run down the camp sites bathrooms are in a serious need of an upgrade. Their is a lack of security at night with people playing music and shouting until the early hours of the morning there is no enforcement of the the rules. The cost is exorbitant for facilities that are not maintained and in a desperate need of an upgrade!!!
