Worst service ever. I would not recommend this place to anyone. My ring was damaged in less than a month after getting it. They said it had a 3 months warranty but they claimed to say that it only covers if the stone on a ring is out and only that. We asked for a detailed warranty card, why did we not receive it with the ring like any other place? I have no idea. Fine, my ring was taken in for evaluation and apparently I "damaged" my ring. Which is nonsense because if they claim the ring is of quality then this shouldn't have happened. Fine, I asked for my ring back and told them not to fix it because the insurance access to fix that ring was insane, so I asked for my ring and was never responded. I called over 50 times today but nothing. Another thing, they will never initiate contact. If you don't call, they will never update you. If you want to get married or engage your partner run away from this jewelry store. You'll thank me later.

I would caution consumers on this jewellery store in the Cradlestone Mall. The first emerald ring I purchased (looked great in photos on their website) turned out to be a cheap import. Stones started falling out within days - very inferior quality. It took several weeks to receive the ring and we personally returned the ring to their store where we offered an 'upgraded' ring at considerable additional cost. The new ring would be made 'inhouse'. Not wishing to disappoint my wife I relented. The replacement ring took several months to complete and we had to do all the follow ups for updates. They didn't bother. They also squabbled about who would pay for the courier fees (R100 - honestly). The new ring looks OK but I have requested a valuation certificate since November 2023 and they keep on telling me that they will send it 'shortly' but never do (tried to tell me that they have had e-mail problems) but surely not for the last 3 months! I am now very suspicious. Overall a very tardy and poor experience. Would most definitely not recommend this store to anyone.

Yes we were given the jewelry pieces at a fair price but they are of the cheapest quality, all custom made in house and not worth its price, the anklet broke the same day it was worn. My necklace broke as well. Just be aware when purchasing personalized items,that they make in house

Hi we took or brand new engagement ring in to be resized at the greenstone branch. No scratches perfect ring with no damage. As I had not worn it due to it being a size to big and being transported in the silicon suction ring box. It came back full of scratches. The jeweler insisted it was not something he did wrong and due to their terms and Conditions its not their problem and we must have brought the ring in like that. Being rude and arrogant, please rather use another jeweler for the resizing of rings

I was in Belgravia,I was having a conversation in Regards to changing the ring ,the owner(Abdula) asked me if I did wear the ring,I told him no ,he said it's on your finger now as when I took it out of my pocket it and showing him the ring ,it was hanging on my finger .He looked at it ,not properly and said it's scratched , but he did not assess it in the proper process (Yes I know there is a 7 day policy ) he become rude and kept on saying hello !hello! Hello! , there was one colleague with him who was astonished of his he was treating a customer.Then I told him I will go to another mall as they Wil give me better service ,he screamed and said go !get out of my shop go !!!get!!!I Wil make you get out of the shop my self,then he asked towards me left the counter and walked to me held my hands,I as the customer had to drop my plastic parcel on the counter and car keys to protect my self,I had to hold his hands back as he put his hands on me self defence,he even swore me. When speaking to the Alberton city ,they gave me the owners number which I called to my surprise he was the owner and he said i must do what I want he will get away with it ,because he is the owner,I called the lady At Alberton and she called him and he was quite rude to her. -Where does a person in the store touch a client and chase a person out and scream at them,also being physical ,making a customer ? -My jacket opened up and is damaged . -Sick with the flu and this is the treatment I got. -Pointing and shouting at I would like compensation in this matter and to see what action Wil be taken in this regard I want to see justice as he thinks he is the owner he can touch and say what he wants to customers.

Good day, This email refers to your Alberton city store. On the 21st of May I ordered two nomination links. The letter A and the word Grandma. I was told I can collect them on the 27th of May. I arrived to collect only to be told the order was not there. No one called or let me know and the gifts were for that day. I then compromised and got one link that was in store and was told my order for the word Grandma would be there soon. I cancelled my order yesterday as I am still waiting. Almost a month later. I have had to WhatsApp the lady in your Alberton store numerous times to follow up. August last year, I went on a search for the perfect wedding band for my fiancé. I found it at Belgravia Jewellers. The salesman said that it is unbreakable and it will keep him a lifetime without damage and scratches. Even if he looses weight he can only come and exchange it. December my husband washed his hands and the ring slipped and fell. It chipped. We took it back to them and they said they will send it to the manufacturers whom will replace it or fix it. After lot of queries from my side Belgravia let me know today that the manufacturers said they don't cover the fact that it broke (chipped) and that I need to buy a new ring. I don't understand how it became my responsibility after they sold the ring to me under false pretences. Please can you help me?
