Unfulfilled Booking and Unacceptable Service
I bought a voucher for a friend, and Casa Guest House confirmed the booking. However, a day before check-in, they stopped responding to her emails and sent her from pillar to post on WhatsApp and phone calls. Despite the confirmed reservation, they did not honour the booking, leaving my friend and her family stranded with nowhere to stay. If I could i would rate them zero stars. Only book there if you want to waste your money.
