lucia mall has been the worst service I've ever recieved from a jewellery store . Absolutely ********** from a shop assistant who is suppose to be assisting. Do you really make that many sales at that branch for that kind of snobby attitude. Go to the watch store on the same floor that stocks products 10 times more expensive and ask them to train your pathetic staff

I have purchased 9 Nomination links and a necklace from Bella Luna Online, which is a significant and expensive order. So far, I have only received three links, all stuffed into a single damaged box, instead of being packaged individually as standard for Nomination jewellery. The necklace arrived badly tangled, clearly due to careless packing. The items were not gift-ready, not protected, and not presented in a way that reflects a premium jewellery retailer. When I requested the missing boxes, customer service was dismissive and avoided taking responsibility, rather than apologising or resolving a very reasonable issue. The photos I’ve shared show the poor packaging clearly. For a retailer selling high-end branded jewellery, both the handling of the products and the customer service were far below acceptable standards. This experience has been frustrating and deeply disappointing.

I would like to commend Bella Luna Morningside for the excellent service they provide. The staff go above and beyond in assisting their customers. They are always friendly, helpful and smiling. Never pushy. They even lent my son a watch for his wedding as his 'smart watch' was not suitable. I recommend this company to anyone looking for a watch or any small item of jewellery.

I purchased a Tissot Seastar 1000 Powermatic online and collected it from the store, only to find it had visible scratches and was missing the tag. I contacted customer care and dealt with Celeste, who was extremely unhelpful and ***********. She asked me to send the watch to the head office for inspection. After weeks of waiting, the watch was returned in even worse condition, 2 links missing and none of my concerns were addressed. I wouldn’t purchase anything online from Bella Luna.

It’s the worst. I’ve purchased Georgini Sweetheart Bow Necklace Gold - and it tarnished. On the website prior to me purchasing this I read that it is coated and thus it’s guaranteed against tarnishing. I’ve contacted the call centre via email and sent them proof of the purchase and also their promise which is clearly advertised on their products. I received emails that said they don’t cover this … this is downright False advertising and mind you it’s on their website for this necklace also. If it wasn’t guaranteed to be against tarnishing, I wouldn’t have paid so much for it. This is so wrong … clearly Bella Luna is a downright Wripoff company. I’ve saved my hard earned money to be ****** by them.

Subject: Urgent Complaint – Misdelivery of My Package Dear Courier Guy and Bella Luna Watches, I am writing to formally complain about the mishandling of my package, which was supposed to be delivered to my home address as per the agreement. However, the package was delivered to the wrong address and handed over to an unknown person without the required secret PIN that I received via email. Despite providing my correct delivery details, neither Courier Guy nor Bella Luna Watches can confirm who received my package or where it was delivered. This is highly unprofessional and unacceptable. When I contacted customer service, I was simply told to send an email instead of being given immediate assistance. I demand an urgent follow-up on this matter, a formal apology, and for my package to be delivered directly to my doorstep as originally agreed. Please provide an update on the investigation and a resolution as soon as possible. I expect a prompt response and a solution to this issue.
