THEFT and POOR SERVICE

Please never use this business the owner is a thief. We requested for Armchairs and Pallet furniture to be covered. we gave the furniture to him in July 2022, he Quickly asked for a deposit, which we paid and plus 3 weeks later i paid the full total. I called on a weekly basis and i have been told that my furniture was nearly done and then for weeks on end i has been promised that delivery would take place. Only after threats he began the work which actually had never started in the first place. At that point when he delivered the armchairs within 3 hours the material started to pull apart. He was told to stop with the Pallet furniture and refund the money. He continued and has delivered possibly the worst job i have ever seen. We have an agreement he needs to pay back the money and is continuing with stories after stories and refusing to pay the money back. We are now sitting in November. We are now proceeding with legal action. Please can anyone who has had bad dealing with this company and owner Justin come forth and contact me on 0832120159.
