Cutomer service is not Belleview’s orientation

Went to Bellevuew today for a milkshake and a snack to treat my gran. We ordered a scone and two milkshakes. The scone arrived and we would have required a nut cracker to cut it. One milkshake arrived as ice cream in a glass, it has very evidently NOT been mixed properly. Upon complaining the ice cream in a glass was taken away and replaced with another milkshake, which was then the wrong flavor... all in all, I was embarrassed after a very disappointing experience and three complaints later still the service was not improved. At R45 a milkshake, they were certainly not up to scratch. The customer service was appalling, the waiter looked like the most unhappy man on the planet and the lady in charge completely ignored me when I asked for the first milkshake to be put in the blender for a bit longer.
