If you black you get mediocre service. Waiters will pass you and run after white customers. The service is bad. I sat waiting to be assisted, I saw people walking out because of not being attended to and decided to wait until they decided to do the same.

Stopped by last night for some dessert. Waited one hour. When we said we leaving quickly 2 plates were presented. This must have been the worst ever tiramisu i ever tasted. Actually didnt eat it. The cheesecake my partner ordered was equally bad.

So we were pretty excited to enjoy a nice dinner with family here as my cousins highly recommended this place. It looks awesome from the outside and we were initially welcomed in with warmth and good customer service apon making a booking. (we first tried to phone but the number was dead so we decided walk down to the restaurant at 3pm) I spoke to 3 people and was directed to the managers office to make our booking for 6pm that evening. She told us that we don't need to make a booking as they only take bookings for 6ppl or more but we shouldn't worry that we are only 4 ppl as we will definitely get a table. So we arrive at 6, quite excited, just to see that they've blocked off the entrance. So I go up to the lady and ask her what's going on.. "no its fully booked and only people with bookings can enter" I tell her that we spoke to the manager and she said we can come at 6,so the lady let's me in to speak to another lady. This other lady was SO FLIPPING Rude and gaslighting me at every turn. I mentioned very politely that we couldn't book but was told we'll get a table and she just cut me off and escorted me out with an attitude that was very much like "f*ck off I don't care about what you have to say, get out now you're irritating me" she basically chased away 3 other groups that were there waiting as well. (the place wasn't busy, the tables were empty and the excuse was that they are short staffed because of the holidays. Boxing day was the previous day, this day wasn't even a holiday. Plus most restaurants were jam packed because people wanted to get out after Christmas and boxing day. So I smell lies. Don't make promises and then chase me away like a dirty dog.) you clearly had something dodgy happening back there and I'm glad we didn't eat there. Sies. Shame on you.

We used to love going to Bellezar but since returning this month a lot has changed. Decor and layout has changed and gives a "cheap" vibe considering the prices they are charging. The service was non-existent. We called 4 waiters who walked past us, they would look you in the face and carry on walking by. It took over 30 minutes to find our waiter to ask for the bill and almost had no choice to leave unpaid because no one would assist us. TERRIBLE service and no care for customers. It seems it's under new management? They need a wake up call before the business goes under.

My partner and I stopped off at Bellezar...now bear in mind, the restaurant was half full, not packed, not seething with holiday makers...half full. We found a table and waited for our order to be taken...for a long, long, long time. Eventually I got up, walked over to a waitress who was with (I assume a manager) and had to ask if I could give them my order - there was no apology or recognition of the role reversal that traditionally at a restaurant someone takes your order...this was lost on them. We then waited for the drinks...this again took forever so I'll save you the additional 'long, long' longs' but I was able to count each and every ship out at sea...about four hundred times (there were 35). By this stage we were worried that if we were to order a meal we might be safest looking at the breakfast menu for the following day given how long things took, so...after waiting and waiting we got up, I found a waitress who also appeared to be counting the ships and presumably manager (doing the same) and asked for the bill...they looked at each other with a look that was so unsure I'm not all that convinced they even knew they worked there...and then one hustled off to ferret one out... Thereafter what appeared to be a manager came through and processed the payment and I made a point of casually just letting them know that they kind of dropping a lot of ***** on the whole concept of serving customers side and the response was just an awkward 'have a nice day'...no acknowledgment at all of the appalling service...so if you need some alone time, somewhere you're guaranteed not to be bothered - not even by the waiter then this is it!

Very very poor quality of food. Margarita pizza no tomatoe base. And prawns where so overcooked it’s not a joke. And the veg looked like it had just been warmed up from 3 days ago. I could not even put it in my mouth.
