To whom this may concern
Today I had a very unpleasant experience at the Beville Day Hospital in Voortrekker road next to Melomed Private HSP, not the first but the second time.
I went for my appointment that was at 7am being there before 7am, not knowing that a certain amount of women/expecting mothers can be seen for the day, the Amount (25) ... which is understood looking that we find ourselves in the pendemic that we are.
My unpleasantness all started with one of their staff members known to be Berrol Van Der Heever.
The name mentioned above was not even given by her, because when I asked Barrol she said she's not obligated to give her name cause who am I to question her if she's the one helping.
Her name was found out by one of their own colleagues who has seen her behavior and the way she has treated others on numerous occasions before myself today...the name was only given cause I walked out a grown women crying.
1.Who has no way of approaching someone in public. 2. Who has no way of speaking to people... 3. Who tells you that I won't assist you even if the head of whatever department walks in here.
By the time I mentioned that we only two that's extra on their daily schedule, she mentioned that the lady that's suppose to see us is private... what is someone that's private doing at a public institution.
What difference does it make having to assist only two people extra, am I not that tax payer that ensures that government institutions are being upheld having to be treated the way I was today...
You are not called to do any kind of job if you treat people the way I was treated infront of everyone else that waited in that line today, having to get up at 4am to stand in a line by 6am to turn around.
I am unhappy for the way I was treated spoken to and feeling embarrassed, and not even for that fact that I was suppose to turn around.
Someone needs to be made an example of because it's a few people in the public institutions that gives public these public institutions the bad image.
Regards.
