Dishonest and *************.

This dealer (if they can even be called that) is highly dishonest. Their adverti*****ts on Carfind are misleading and appear to be deliberately deceptive.

They advertise vehicles that are supposedly available. When you call, they confirm availability and even follow up via WhatsApp to reassure you that the vehicle is there. However, upon arrival, the vehicle is nowhere to be found. Instead, they attempt to push more expensive alternatives, which clearly feels like a bait-and-switch tactic.

When you insist on seeing the originally advertised vehicle, you are told that it is “on its way from another branch.” After waiting for an extended period, you are then informed that the vehicle was supposedly sold the previous night.

This kind of conduct is unacceptable and highly unprofessional. I strongly caution others to be careful when dealing with them, as this appears to be a clear attempt to mislead customers.
