DECEPTIVE PRACTICES On 5 July 2025, I purchased a 2018 Audi RS5 from this dealership, dealing with Jason (salesperson) and his manager, Storm. Before committing, Storm sent me a voice note confirming that the vehicle had no history of accidents or repairs. Based on that assurance, I proceeded with the purchase, believing I was buying a clean, accident-free car. Just one week later, I discovered that the vehicle had, in fact, undergone repair work—information that was confirmed by the General Manager, Chantel. What followed was a frustrating series of email exchanges, during which Chantel repeatedly dodged accountability and skirted around the issue of misrepresentation. After considerable effort, I was finally able to return the car. This experience has completely shattered my trust in the CFAO group. The blatant dishonesty and lack of transparency displayed by this dealership raise serious concerns about its ethics and integrity. I strongly advise against doing any business with this dealership.
