VOLSWAGEN BENONI CITI VW Absolutely terrible!

It took my car to have its ONE headlight fixed. When I left BOTH headlights was not working. What kind of terrible service is. ????? If you cant fixed one thing then dont break EVERyTHING. But they are quick to take your money!!!!!! I want a refund! ASAP
