My vehicle was assessed by an Assessor who reported that the vehicle could be repaired. When I went to check up on my vehicle at the panel beater I found the vehicle had further damages that were not there initially and it was now classified as a write off. Ben’s Auto told me that they stripped the vehicle to check further damages but when I went to check the vehicle I saw that it was never stripped, it was intentionally damaged so that it could not be repaired. There is no way the Initial Assessor could not have picked the damages that I saw when I went to check the car for the 2nd time at Ben’s Auto.

Just want to say a huge thank you to Ben and his team, especially Nicolas who went above and beyond to help me fix my aircon and a few other things that they didn’t even charge me for. I felt really comfortable with their professionalism and the way they run their business. Didn’t have to fill in a 20 page indemnity. And thank you for the courtesy car for the whole day while my aircon was being repaired. It was a pleasure dealing with Ben’s Auto. Thank you
