Pathetic workmanship
The worse experience I’ve had with regards to fixing my car. Completely ***********. If you want to pay good money to have your cars paint job botched, then contact these people.ive had to constantly call and be given a bad attitude by this Elias person.

The only reason I gave it a 1 star is because there is no 0, my experience was appaling to say the least. If is not delay tactics it's stalling then very poor workmanship. I had to take my vehicle back like 3 times because it's either the job was not done well or there was something the f'ed up. If I hear anyone saying they are taking their vehicle to Ben's, I would give them a friendly woarning, take it there at your own paril and trust me you shall bedepressed I promise you. Best you avoid it by every fibre in you. Just stay away.

Bad experience- ****** items in my vehicle during repairs
Very disappointed with Panelbeaters on how my vehicle was taken care off, when it was returned after service I had my landrover manual, service book, navigation card, manual key that goes into main key that one use when you need to open the vehicle manual the unfortunate part is that you call and no one know and I also doubt what else do they do when the vehicles are with them for repairs, will never use this Panelbeaters’s anymore in my life

Ben's Panelbeater
This place is not the place for anyone to take their car for repairs. They have had my vehicle for 3 weeks and no work has been done on it and no updates on progress. They simply failed to repair a fender and paint it for 3 weeks now.

Excellent service
I would like to compliment Bens Panel beaters on the impeccable service that they gave me from the day the vehicle went it from repairs. They constantly phoned me to give me an update on the progress of the repairs. When I collected my vehicle I was pleasantly surprised with the workmanship that they delivered in that my vehicle looked like a new one. I will highly recommend them to anybody that needs a panel beater.
