I had a terrible experience with The Doctor at the Sea point branch after having a mammogram she told.me I was riddled in cancer in both breasts and under my arms without any biopsy she told me it needed to be cut out and she was going on hoilday and so was breast surgeon she wanted to refer me to.she then was so rude when I went for the biopsy after she terrified me and ask was there a problem then denied saying she told me I had cancer !!!! what the hell was I there for then She filled my **** with metal markers that my surgoen couldn't use at vast cost then i needed to have more as my surgoen coudnt read them to which cost even more money I've reached out to ask for an apology I've received nothing she knew nothing of my history or the state of my Mental Health she isnt a God and I had a horrible experience.

Bergman Ross and Partners. I asked them to give me one month to submit my account to the medical aid, if the medical aid does not pay I will follow up and resolve. The blacklisted me before the one month was up and did not give me an opportunity to resolve. They also harassed me non stop even though I asked to give me a chance for the medical aid to respond. Very terrible service

I went to Bergman Rusten partners on the 19th of June for a MRI of my head and ne ck. The lady that came to fetch me said they going to inject some dye for the angiogram but they never did so and I don't know how they did the angiogram yet I paid .I was lying boxed in fir an hour while MRI was done .Once it was done, the one lady said i must wait she will be back. She came back and said I can get up." If you've been lying on your back for so long ,it's difficult to get up at a click of a finger.I asked if they could assist me to sit up,which they did. When I was sitting up ,they wanted me to get up and put my shoes on felt dizzy .In the meantime they were taking the disposable sheet off on both sides in a hurry for me to get up.They said I must get up and walk down the two steps infront of the bed which was high and put on my shoes.They did not even attempt to assist me or helping me to put my shoes on,they were having their own conversation. The one asked if she could call someone to come fetch me on the second floor. I dressed me and went to the front and there was no sign of any of them nor did they come check to see if I'm OK while dressing me. I don't understand why people are placed in positions concerning sick people and treat them if they are a garment and not a hu.an being.

Went for xrays. Their finance department is absolutely horrid. The lady is rude and has no communication skills. I see I'm not the only person here who has issues with the finance lady.

In August I was there with this company and guess what after requesting a copy of xrays did not receive it. Now on 25th of this month I was there again for xrays and once again request it. Did not receive it. So 26th I phone so the lady said she will email guess what did not receive anything. So today 27th I phone again halleluja receive report with no photos. I phone back just with no success. Then I phone the IT department the gentleman tells me I must email. Omw I requested it in person. I phoned but my money is good I am the patient and entitled to have a copy. This company had no service from there staff.

underwent a treatment in jan 2023 already. in june 2024 i get an sms from a laywer that i owe them R 330 plus legal fees. this after not one single person contacted me ever in over a year regarding the payment. not one sms like they claim they sent. and the email they sent the supposed bill to is for a email that does not even exist. pathetic if you ask me. the attorneys threten with black listing not even investigating the matter and the fact that i was to date not ever notified of this amount and now im held liable for legal costs as well as the amount i supposedly owed the service provider. i paid the bill but tought let me warn future users of this pathetic place if you undergo any kind of procedure make sure your bill is paid 100% before they sue you. the legal departments response is the client has no obligation to let you know your account is in arrears.

I went to get x-rays done after being referred by my chiropractor. On arrival I was asked by the lady in reception why I need to have it done!? Which I thought had absolutely nothing to do with her as I was referred by my doctor. I then asked for a cash price as I did not want to put it through my medical aid. She gave me a price of R1350. After the x-rays she advised me, I need to pay R1670! on asking why it is so much more she said she gave me last year pricing by mistake! I did not budget for this much but had no choice to pay it as the x-rays was already done. I was the only patient there so no excuse that she was too busy hence the error was made. Once I got home, I was contacted and advised that they forgot to give me my ID card back! What a terrible experience, will never refer or make use of them again!!

My daughter went for x-rays yesterday. Everyone who was there left with their results in hand.My husband left after waiting for over two hours for the results to take it back to our GP.Tgey said that they will send it to the doctor. This morning I am calling tohere when we will receive her results.The receptionist refuse to answer the phone after I told her what I am calling for.She is ignoring my calls and emails. People, there are better service providers than this pathetic place in Netcare Kuils River.Do yourselves a favor and read their reviews on Google.They are truly pathetic. So I now have to start from scratch.I prefer melomed with Morton and partners.I have made use of them previously and their service is outstanding.
