Asbestos roof painting

Good Morning I have a large roof surface of Canadian big-six profile. I decided last year to spend a lot of money to get the roof fully refurbished and to attend to some seepage on the pa****ts. I was initially really impressed by the prompt response from Andre, and the professional manner in which the appointment was made, and his fancy equipment to perform an aerial survey. One of the main reasons i selected them was from the great first impression and the extensive written guarantee that he offered. I promptly paid the deposit and the team arrived, a week and a half later, a day later than arranged (but lets overlook this for now). The work was performed starting with re-sealing the head flashings and the nails followed by the spray painting process. This was where the first hick-up happened, and i had to contact Andre, as the paint did not fully cover, and there were many sections where the original color showed thru. The company sent one person across to do the fixes, which i inspected, and seemed fine. That very same day i was sent the account for the balance and a follow up call an hour later asking me to please pay the balance that same day, after which the guarantee would be issued. I paid, and never heard from them again. I phoned several times, and got no reply. I contacted them on their webpage, where Andre apologized profusely, then nothing happened, again. The job is sub-standard with the old paint "showing" through in places only months after painting. I have had to perform leak repairs on several places since the work was done, and i have no guarantee and no interest from this company. This is the worst roof coating/repair company i have ever used and will never recommend them to anybody. Also the paint product is terrible and where i "patched" the painting with Duram i have a superior finish that lasts better.
