I ordered mirrors from Bespoke Wall and Interiors ( Cape Town ) last year and after about two months was told there would be a delay. Then there was another delay. And then another. After months of waiting, they told me they would refund me. That was months ago. It has now been around 9 months of excuses, follow-ups, and empty promises, and I still have not received my money. At this point, I paid for a product that was never delivered, and a refund that never arrived. Whether through incompetence or intent, the result is the same: they have my money and I have nothing. Basically stole my money! The lack of communication, accountability, and basic business ethics is shocking. I would strongly advise anyone to avoid this company.

During August 2025, I enquired about delivery, and Yolanda Heyns rep**** that she had missed the order and would dispatch it as soon as possible. On 15 September 2025, I followed up, and she stated that she had overlooked the order, would book it into production, and dispatch it in the next few days. On 16 September 2025, she promised dispatch the following Wednesday. However, on 29 September 2025, she informed me of financial challenges and business closure. Don't do business with Yolanda Heyns!!!

Dealt with Yolanda Heyns at Bespoke Interiors and paid 1st amount of R13 320 in July 2025, then paid another R6720 mid-August 2025, totaling R20 040. I have not received my wallpaper or a refund. Yolanda Heyns has closed the business and is ghosting me. On 2 October 2025, I received an email from Bespoke Interiors (from Yolanda) stating that the company is in financial difficulty and is closing down. She said that I would get a full refund or products by 31 October 2025. She was waiting to secure financial bridging. To date, there is no refund or product. I know where she is working and ask a colleague at the company to get her to contact me. The colleague passed on a message to me saying that Yolanda said her lawyer would contact me. She does not take my calls or answer my messages. Her email account has now been closed. Her cell number is 063 036 7412. email address WAS sales@bespokewallandinteriors.co.za. Business address was Durbanville

Follow up on my previous post. It is the 4th of November and Yolanda Heyns has now officially gosted us after promises that our money (R7868) will be paid back by 31 October. She is now trading under another name in the Cape Town region. If you want to spare yourself loss of money and timeless lies, DO NOT use this company or any company affiliated to this person. We are in the process of exposing her and am hoping to save others from her deception.

Follow up on my previous post. It is the 4th of November and Yolanda Heyns has now officially gosted us after promises that our money (R7868) will be paid back by 31 October. I also think 1 star is too much. This woman Yolanda Heyns is a BIG ****MER, she looks and sounds like an AI bot, still operating and taking funds while offering empty promises and many lies. Spent R26000 on wallpaper of very hard earned cash only to be duped. Now she says they’re going through financial difficulties, for what when she only receives funds and sends receipts but zero legitimacy, no wallpaper, no samples, no nothing. We paid in Feb 2025 and she responded weekly for 9 months only to be ghosted now, 01 Nov and still no resolve. We need to go the legal route at a lot more time, cost and stress, but we won’t let it go. Who has R26k to give away, she’ll see my wrath. I finally received my refund but feel that people need to watch out and be careful, not everyone is as persistent as myself and do truly believe that if I wasn’t so forceful and aggressive, this company would of walked away with my money. What an absolute nightmare I have just gone through! The woman that I was dealing with Yolanda, not sure if she is the owner as she wouldn’t respond to me even though I asked 3 times. Very unprofessional and if she is the owner, well then I don’t know how she is still open with all of the lies. I ordered a wallpaper piece last year which I had no trouble getting, paid and it arrived within two weeks to PE. I truly was impressed with the company and knew that I would definitely use them again!Worst mistake I could of done - on the 26th of July I contacted Yolanda with a design in mind, she said not a problem she would get her design team on it and send a draft for approval. I paid for this on the 30th of July. On the 14th of August I followed up with the draft, understandable it is a custom piece I was patient. On the 26th of August I needed another design (picked off the website) she said that it would need to get send separately as the custom design was nearly ready, so I had to pay for two deliveries, didn’t have a issue with that at all! Now this is where it gets interesting and unprofessional - every-time I kept following up with her she kept replying that she would send it”today” or at least the tracking number. This woman confused me to the point I had to come up with a conclusion that I had been ****med. I had to threaten her with social media just for her to send me a tracking number for the incorrect wallpaper panel (the second panel I had ordered a panel of roughly 1m x 1,5m ) she informed me that the second panel would be SLIGHTLY bigger which I said was fine. I received my order, so excitedly, only to be let down by the fact that she had only sent me the second panel and not the first one I had order on the 26th of July. The second panel was far to over sized(3 times the size) and the panel needed to be cut which I tried to explain to her that it wasn’t going to work as this image is so enlarged that when we cut it to the size the full image won’t be seen - I mean you would think that someone that owns/ runs a wallpaper company would understand this. She brushed it off stating that she wouldn’t charge me for the full size, not the point at all and honestly I just wanted my custom design I couldn’t fight with a plank about this. She then argued with me that the first panel was wrapped and sent to me (not sure if I had the D word written on my forehead or something) but then she continued to blame her supplier that there was a printing error on the design and it would get seen to promptly and it would get sent immediately. I started doing more research on this company and have seen afew really bad reviews on Hello Peter about Bespoke Walls and Interior. Which I sent to her. As a business owner myself this is not how you portray yourself or even act. It’s the lies that do it for me - if she was just honest from the start I probably wouldn’t be writing this post! I really hope this post can’t help atleast one person to not fall into this trap, it’s really not pleasant when you deal with people like Yolanda.
