Poor product and service

<p>More than one year ago Darling College ordered products from Best Buy Publishers. Jonny (owner) was full of promises and they delivered in good time. When the procut arrived the shoddy workmanship was clealy evident. The educational products had clear and simple spelling errors on it. We contacted Jonny and he promised to replace the products. It has now been more than one year and the products still have not been replaced. This after numerous phone calls and e-mails. It is clear that Jonny from Best Buy Publishers cannot be held to his word.</p>
