I bought a car battery early this year,the battery is not even a year old but is dead.when i go to bestdrive @fourways(pineslopes)they dont want to replace it because it still has a warrant,they are giving me stories that their system has changed they dont have my info in their system.

I had a very disappointing experience at BestDrive Braamfontein. Firstly, they charged an extra 10% simply because I used PayJustNow — a fee that’s supposed to be covered by the business, not passed on to customers. @PayJustNow, please confirm: Are merchants allowed to charge customers extra for using your service? This feels like an exploitative practice. Secondly, after fitting the tyres, they did a rushed wheel alignment in under 5 minutes. From then on, my car was shaking all the way — clearly a poor job. To make matters worse, the consultant who assisted me, Mark, was incredibly rude and dismissive throughout the process. This is not the kind of service anyone should have to deal with.

I went to best drive in Braamfontein on the 3rd of December to replace 2 tyres to my surprise when I was suppose to pay they had replaced all 4 of them. I spoke to Dennis that remember I had said 2 even on my online enquiry. They then proceed to remove the ones they put in and put in the ones in the front which were worn out at the back. The back tyres were not worn out like the ones in front. The ones in the front needed replacement ASAP but the ones at the back were much better.

I had the most awful experience at Bestdrive that i will never take any of my vehicles back. I brough in a trailer tire to be repaired. The guy took it to the bath and tested. i was with him and saw that there was a pin ***** of a hole on the tread and nothing else. I bought the tire this year so i have used it may be on 5 trips. It was in really good condition besides the leak. They repaired the leak and off i went. Upon arrival at my house i noticed that the tire was almost flat. i live 300m away. I took it back and gave it to them and asked to check the repair that they had done. I then took a phone call and walked away. I saw them looking and looking for the leak. I walked over to Spar and when i came back they showed me a cut on the wall. It looked like a knife had cut the wall as long as a 50-cent piece. I said i didn't bring it in looking like that. They refused to take responsibility and said that i must buy another tire. So basically, they slashed my tire so i can buy another one.

This branch and all it's workers and management are ******, they allow the mechanics there take money aside from customers, once you report that matter to the management, they then tell you that they will open a case on you for bribary. As I heard am not the 1st one this happens to, I regret taking my car to bestdrive in rusteburger, they ******, the time i reported the matter to manage ment thry told me they will guve me fitback after 2days l, i wated 3 weeks for a feedback. I then took myself there to find out what's going in the manger tells me he will lay a bribary case on me, and yet I told them, Thier worker demanded money for me to replace the parts I took in my car for. I just need to know where do people like this be reported

I had a very good service at best drive cresta in 2023 around February. I have never forgotten how friendly and supportive the manager and her team were that to this day i still recall the wonderful service i received. Thank Tonia and team.
