Shocking treatment at Best Drive Port Elizabeth

Shocking experience just to buy a battery. Waited the whole day to get the our vehicle released even after providing proof of payment. We EFT the required amount and provided proof of payment. We were never told that they needed to make an immediate payment. Only after we sent the proof of payment were we told sorry the vehicle can only be released when the money is in the bank. CAPI Security is known to be one of the best people to do business with. We always pay what we owe immediately. In this case we were forced to do an EFT as my manager did not have a credit card on him. Tiger Wheel and Tyre and Best Drive Durban can attest to this. They honestly made us feel like ****sters. I will never set foot in this ridiculous business again and will advise all my extended business connections to do the same
