I paid Best Gutters to install gutters and facial boards on 13 June 2023. They eventually came through after persistent calls to Nadia around 23 June but only fitted gutters and down pipes. I followed up on when they’re coming back and I receive are no communication, appointments not honoured or cancelled at the last hour. I escalated this to Louis, apparently MD on 14 July and I am still waiting on the update he promised me by Monday, 17 July. This is the worst service by far and I don’t trust anything they’re saying. Disastrous! I noticed tints of other colours on the gutters Best Gutters installed late last year. This is a nightmare unfolding for me.

We had a claim with our insurers and Best Gutters was the supplier to fix the gutters. This was in Aug 2014. In September 2022 we noticed that there is blue spots surfacing on the gutters. Since we have a warranty of 15-20 years, I immediately got in contact with Best Gutters, they said that they will sent someone out for repairs. No one pitched. Since then we have been phoning non stop, every time they have a different excuse. When we asked to speak to the owner, he is apparently never in the office or in meetings. The lady claiming to be second in charge says she gave the instruction for someone to phone us, but obviously this does not carry any weight. Up until now, no one has phoned back. The client service is pathetic and obviously their workmanship as well. I have reported them to our insurers as well.

Best Gutters should be called Worst Gutters. Very quick to quote and finish work. Work was sub standard and when the rains came and our offices were flooding they were not interested in dealing with the crisis. The damaged the water proofing, wouldn't take responsibility, never even bothered to return phone calls. Sent WhatsApps to Johan, emails. We just paid a lot to repair their work and to fix up the flooded office. Avoid this company at all costs

They calculated the number of downpipes required incorrectly, or the diameter of the downpipes is too small, which means that the gutters are overflowing. This has now caused secondary damage. Several requests to assess and rectify the situation was just met with silence. No progress. I just wish I had checked Hellopeter before I forked out my money.

I've had the worst experience from this company. Jimmy, Nadia & their installation team. They installed hopper boxes in my house. Everytime it rains these hopper boxes leak very heavily. I've reported it, they "fixed" it, only to find that they're still leaking again. I reported again & it took them forever to come & "fix" (talk about customer service). Again the problem is not fixed. The hopper boxes are still leaking. They have the decency of pestering me about an unpaid invoice while they fail to fix these leaks, time & time again. So they're expecting me to pay for this extremely poor workmanship!! I refuse to pay the outstanding invoice for this poor workmanship. So Nadia has cancelled my guarantees. It says a lot about faith in their work. I'll never ever use this company again. They are "WORST GUTTERS" not Best Gutters as they call themselves.

Stay Away from this company. It is all promises and no action, a year after my gutter installation the gutters all started to fade from bronze to a blue brown color. Not what I paid R15000 for. No action from these clowns.

After sales service is pathetic and non existent. I am trying to get them to resolve poor workmanship as well as install another downpipe since July 2020. Several telepho e calls, emails and Whatsapp messages to either Nadia or Mark have produced no action on their path. Extremely disappointing service delivery. Most definitely not the "best" gutter installers.
