Poor balancing service!

I'm deeply disappointed with the service I received from BestDrive. I specifically chose them for their Road Force Balancing (RFB) service, which I had previously been satisfied with. However, my recent experience was anything but satisfactory.

The technician assigned to balance my wheels seemed inexperienced and poorly trained. Despite my request for RFB, he proceeded with normal tire balancing and even attempted to apply excessively heavy weights (140g) to a rim. When I questioned his methods, he appeared unsure and made further mistakes such as using incorrect cones for the balancing machine and failing to check tire pressure. He also incorrectly fitted the inside weight on one of the rims which he corrected after I pointed it out. The wing nut on the machine constantly came loose after attempting the RFB.

Upon complaining to the first manager, I received inadequate assistance and no resolution. The technician's subpar work persisted, and it was evident that professionalism and competence were severely lacking.

A second manager even claimed that RFB required an entire day to complete and the tyres must be stripped from the rime and everything measure, which is simply untrue. It takes the same time, unless the tyre encounters a problem the balancing will take 5min longer, but the machine tells you exactly what to do. It became clear that rectifying the situation was futile, so I requested my tires be refitted without completing the full service. Despite paying for inadequate service, I left BestDrive thoroughly dissatisfied and went somewhere else.

As a customer who had hoped for a positive experience, I regret to say that I will never return to BestDrive again. I sincerely hope that my feedback is taken seriously and that necessary improvements are made to avoid similar experiences for other customers.
