Terrible Experience – Still No Order After Two Months!
I am extremely disappointed with Betsie Boutique. I placed an order over two months ago and still have not received anything. I've reached out multiple times via email and social media, and the responses—if any—have been vague or completely unhelpful. There has been zero communication about shipping delays or updates. At this point, it feels like I’ve been ****med. I would not recommend this boutique to anyone. Save yourself the frustration and shop elsewhere.

****MERS! DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!
This **** on Instagram and Facebook claiming to be old people closing down their jewellery shop and playing on the empathy of good people out there. I paid R1100 for a pair of "hand made designer earrings" only to receive JUNK earrings from Shein or Temu delivered by Buffalo that cost R20 on their websites. I hope these people from Betsie Boutique receive the Karma they deserve for ****ming their fellow good hearted South Africans. They have a co.za domain and address in South Africa but do not fall for it. Absolute ****mers! Don't bother emailing mailto:info@betsie-boutique.co.za- it is absolute BS email address

Bestie. Boutique - STAY AWAY!!
This is a **** - three weeks later of constant emails and phone calls and still no delivery. Lodged a dispute with discovery and company not accepting the requested “chargeback” Yun Express and Buffalo Express tracking numbers provide conflicting statements such as “after numerous attempted deliveries, items returned to supplier” to “hasn’t left China” to “discarded and destroyed” Yun Express sent notification of delivery that did not happen as I was at home! They sell a closing down sale of a Hout Bay business - nothing could be further from the truth!!

Betsie Boutique on Instagram Owners apparently closing down their bus ness. I order 3 rings to help and because they were supposed to be handmade Well, I got a delivery today from Buffalo straight from Shien these ppl is ****ming a number of people with **** merchandise I tried to contact them AND HAVE SENT MANY emails no response.

What a waste of money. ****mers! Please do not support this company. They are on Facebook and IG. Claim to be closing down and they have a (co.za) - South African email address. I ordered a knitted Audrey Luxurious Art inspired cardigan Jacket and received a polyester junk top from China. I paid R1200 for a so-called Boutique jacket, its cheap China and they are working together with Brown Boutique Cape Town. It's a fight and struggle to get a refund. They state on the website... 30-day money back guarantee. They answer e-mail 03:30 early mornings. Delivery was through Buffalo.... that's where I get my Shein orders from.
