I'm frustrated by your service, I've more than two months still my account understand is under standard review, I'm not happy with your services 😕😔😔😕😔 ,I tried multiple times to withdraw the money 💰 but it won't go thru so,,,, please follow up my account,,, I tried live chat, calls 🤙📞 ,it won't work,, this is bad for real

Good evening sir/madam Below is an email from betfred they requested for 3 statements the ones with the transactions and mine of which they are saying all are **** .they are saying again the person who presented himself at Rustenburg branch is not Shadreck yet I told them that it was Zondi the one whose card was used and I even submitted all his statements which again is being said ****.i have uploaded the screenshot of emails which betfred was communicating with them requesting a lot of things. This is email from betfred- Dear Sir We have completed our investigation in regard to your Betfred account and the interactions and transactions which occurred on 31 January 2025. We received further documents on 13 February 2025, and those received at our West Street Branch on 16 February 2025. Per the Financial Centre Act 38 of 2001, Betfred is required to identify and verify every customer. Due to the following reasons, we have been unable to meet this legislative requirement, and as a result we are prohibited from paying out any amounts: The FNB and SASFIN banking account details provided both failed their respective verifications. The FNB bank statements provided have been determined to be illegitimate by the respective bank. The person who presented themselves at the Betfred, Loop Street branch, stating their name was “Shadreck Matema” does not match the passport provided to us, of the same name. Documents provide again on 13 February 2025, have been determined to be illegitimate and have failed verification. We also draw your attention to our Terms and Conditions https://betfred.co.za/page/terms-and-conditions, in which Betfred reserves the right to decline any withdrawal request and void bets in relation to *****ulent activity. “6.2 In the event that Betfred suspects *****ulent activity in relation to any account or bet, Betfred reserves the right to suspend the account and the processing of any and all transactions on that account until Betfred is satisfied that the transactions concerned are lawful. Betfred will report any *****ulent activities to the relevant authority. Persons attempting ***** will be prosecuted and any bets *****ulently placed with Betfred will be void.” Please refrain from engaging with Betfred Branches and the Head Office. We reserve the right to pursue all legal avenues available to us, including reporting the above *****ulent activity to SAPS. Today in the shop in Sea point, no aircon or ventilation, no sanitizer,. The staff don't know what a Yankee is. Betting wasn't dwloaded for Newbury and Doncaster. TVs don't work. Staff eat while serving you. Spitting bones out. Then when you ask to cancel a bet, cause a mistake you not allowed, directly after seeing the person taking it made mistake.

Warning to existing and future clients. BW is not familiar with all sporting codes eg golf. They dont know the diff between a 2 & 3 ball. When the conditions change eg changing of 2 ball to 3 ball before the start they dont refund you but change your bet to a losing bet. So be warned

Placed a winning powerball bet with Betting World on 24 July 2020. The winnings was quite a considerable amount. My account was credited and I requested the winnings to be transferred to my bank account. The transaction was processed, then subsequently reversed. I question as to why this happened and Betting World said that my account had been suspended and under review. I have had previous winnings without any problems.
