Placed an order for: Rhode Case + Peptide Lip treatment BOTH ESPRESSO.

A week goes by and I received a package. Rhode Case + Peptide lip treatment in SHORTCAKE. Attached with the order was a note "sorry espresso sold out" No prior communication. No nothing, so they expect you to pay an arm and a leg just take what you get and don't complain ?!

Got a huge thread of communication. Was told oh sorry we out of stock. Dealt with a whole 2 weeks of back and forth. Got delivered a ESPRESSO COVER ONLY. No peptide lip treatment what so ever.

Also, you thinking it's a decent company ?! Their grammar is pathetic.
