Terrible service, I called them out to assist with a blocked drain. they came out and tried clearing the drain with a plunger rod for about 30min. they then told me they need to bring in a high pressure jet machine and sent me a quote for R5000 that had to be paid up front. i paid the amount and they returned but the jet failed to unblock the drain, they suggested the drain pipe needs to be excavated and told me i should do it myself. after i completed digging the drain pipe out i had to constantly beg them to return. They finally returned 2 days later. they then managed to unblock the drain using a normal ***** rod within 30minutes. ultimately they did not need the pressure jet and also did not need the drain pipe to be excavated. Had they just used the ***** rod in the first place the whole job would have been done in 30minutes. During this process they managed to break the clay drain pipe but said they need to get the spares and return the following week, they never returned to fix the pipe and i had to get another plumber out. they are totally *********** or they deliberately misdiagnosed the problem in order to charge you for expensive equipment that is non effective. I do not trust them nor do i recommend using them.

Bez Loodgieters checked a leaking geyser and we received feedback that the geyser was installed in 2006 but the element, thermostat and seal needed replacement. We were informed that the cost would be R1850.00. They requested 80% deposit before work would commence however we paid in full. The components were replaced on Friday. Late Friday afternoon I received a call from Bezuidenhout loodgieters stating that the geyser now needed to be replaced. I was told that if an old geyser has new parts inserted that there is a 98% chance that the geyser will blow. The body corporate uses a preferred plumber who eventually came to replace the geyser and immediately stated that you could see it had rust marks and had been leaking for some time. It had burst and Bez would have seen it when they went to repair and should never have continued with replacement of parts. Bez is now only wanting to pay back R623 back from the original amount and only after we have removed and returned the components. We can't see why we must pay for components that never worked, the geyser should have been replaced and not repaired. We would like a reimbursement of monies paid and Bez components removed.
