I am writing to bring to your attention an incident that occurred at the mall parking area on the evening of 05 March 2026 (19:45pm). A vehicle was wheel-clamped while parked in a disabled parking bay, despite the fact that there was a person sitting inside the vehicle at the time. While I fully understand and respect the importance of reserving disabled parking bays for individuals who require them, I am concerned about the manner in which this situation was handled. Clamping a vehicle while it is occupied raises questions about whether the appropriate procedures were followed, particularly as it would seem reasonable for security personnel to first request that the vehicle be moved.

Whilst my very sick daughter and wife was at germiston hospital they where not being helped. That wanted to leaf so that I can look for help elsewhere the security at the gate did not open the security gate for them to leave. I told the officer to open the gate so that we can leave and he refused holding my wife and daughter basically hostage in side when I told him that he has to open the gate he then started swearing me in his on language which I understand and called a other officer to come and try and intimidate me. I will report them to psira as well as they are a disgrace to the security industry.

Allow me to tell you about the best security officer, Itumeleng from Shoprite Florida. Itumeleng is forever smiling. This gentleman says goodbye and wishes us a good day when ever we leave the store. When he checks our groceries he slips and plastics he also tells us to enjoy our groceries. I use the word "we" and "us" because he does this to all customers. It seems like he's always happy to see each and every customer enter the store. The first time I experienced his amazing personality I thought he was having a good day until I observed that he does this everyday to all customers. He is constantly friendly and goes over and above to assist us when we need help. He implements his job and rules firmly but in a very polite manor. For example he will politely tell you that the small trolley is not permitted to leave the store. Keep up the good work

If i could i would give them a no star rating. Lady called nabuglen/Patricia on duty at germiston hospital at maternity ward between 6h00 and 9h00 on 23/02/2022. She stopped me as the dad to enter, i explained that i need to arrange some documents with the doctor for my child to be transferd. Patricia refused to assist me by escorting me , or enter to meet with dr. My child needed to be transfer to a private hospital so i needed to talk to dr to do necessary arrangement with the transfer ,but security stopped me in an emergancy situation. I explained everything need to be done and still was rejected. I missed the doctor because of no help from security. I ended up to discharging my wife and child , taking the chance if matter worsend it could lead to more severe symptoms. I hope this matter is dealt with as such people shouldnt be employed as the can cause a baby or someone life.

Disgusted that 1 off their Toyota yaris patrolling cars staff can throwing empty beer bottles on peoples driveway around 8pm on Saturday 19 December 2020 whilst on shift. How are they assisting the Horison community. Truly sad that people trust and pay for their service, and this is how they respect the community.
