Very Unreliable Company - do not trust them

This company was supposed to send my bike from Cape Town to Joburg, they claimed the bike was ****** and they did not inform me I had to call them.

They said they have no insurance to cover this and when paying it was not stated anywhere.

They are a very unreliable company, their waybill was dated incorrectly and I would never use this company and I would not trust it, rather go to the bicycle shop directly and use Aramex.
