I had stared working in December 2022 and i fot injured in January 2023 and i was admitted at the hospital i couldnt go to work for months and i was not even paid according to my contract and when i went to back to work the doctor assigned me to do light duties and no standing duties i went to hr to tell them and they said the is nothing hey can do i should go to planning i did and they said they dint know what light duties will be in their company and i felt strain on back as i had an hand enjury that the doctor said might have had affected my spinal so i was never compensated and hr told me i cant claim and i resigned after staying days with a painful back and the doctor asked that i should gwt another iod letter so that they can check my spinal hr mized me until the day i resigned now i got an email that i am trying yo claim compensation but i dont remember doing that can anyone assit me

I was unfairly dismissed in 2014. I won my case in 2019. I was suppose to be reinstated an paid out for all the years. BidAir as only paid me for 2 years as they said that they were closing an due to financial reason. I was suppose to be reinstated but was told that due to a client of BidAir not wanting me back, due to personal reasons I could not. Please can you help me rectify this cannot afford a lawyer again an Im in no position to pay for 1 now.

We were notified our flights to Amsterdam were delayed to 01h00 two hours before checkin . We would not have made our connecting flight to our final destination. The main purpose of our trip was to go to my grandson’s concert . When we went to check in , the staff tried their level best to assist , unfortunately they said the flight to Birmingham will only leave at 22h00 the following day . We asked to speak the the manager Laura Catalano, she was extremely rude , and said that both KLM and Air France were useless , and she is aware of these consistent problem with cancellations and delays . She then went on to say we could claim from the airline for expenses incurred. She is certainly a reputational risk for the airlines . Unfortunately we will miss our grandson’s concert .

I never had a bad day like this talking to one of their service provida called Siphelele.the attitude i got from tht lady is not good.when i call them i wanted to carry on with them since their device is instaled in my car.she jst told me a **** that i ddnt even want to hear until i decided to remove it in my car.their contract with me was ended so i wanted to get courtations but she was talking to like she s the one who is a custorner.i even appologised for hr to use English cuz m not a zulu speaking guy.she forced me to speak zulu.

By far, one of the best service we've received. A wonderful lady at Cape Town International Airport, called Monica Mackenzie CSA and extremely helpful gentleman, Vincent LPO, went out of their way to assist us. Our bags were in limbo between countries for 6 days and they gave us assurance that our bags will be found. We were called and messaged and kept up to date for the 2 days since we've met them. They made sure all our questions were answered and we had all the information we needed. From a nightmare of a trip, it is a breath of fresh air to have met and been help by them. Our bags are ready for collection and we will eternally be grateful to them! Thank you

By far, one of the best service we've received. A wonderful lady at Cape Town International Airport, called Monica Mackenzie CSA and extremely helpful gentleman, Vincent LPO, went out of their way to assist us. Our bags were in limbo between countries for 6 days and they gave us assurance that our bags will be found. We were called and messaged and kept up to date for the 2 days since we've met them. They made sure all our questions were answered and we had all the information we needed. From a nightmare of a trip, it is a breath of fresh air to have met and been help by them. Our bags are ready for collection and we will eternally be grateful to them! Thank you

This company has with held my uif payment since the lockdown. I have not received a single payment and instead of getting any kind of assistance im told about network problems. I've never seen a company that doesn't care about their employees more then this one.

Hello hellopeter group I once worked for BidAir services, the bidair management staff is very rude and ungrateful of their employees they treat them like rubbish and they are very racist mostly Brian. If you apply at BidAir with your degree they will throw it away and tell you that they don't need it they only need your grade 12. The way they talk to their employees is unacceptable, I remember at my orientation day that Brian guy was shouting a old lady who was a cleaner. Asking her if she should fire her because clearly she does not know her job :( Poor lady needed clarity on something. As passengers you should ask yourself why all Bidair Services employees are not friendly, its because every morning they have to deal with Brian who is gonna insult them, obviously if someone is insulting you, you feel more useless. I will never ever forget him in my life. Please Hellopeter do something about this. Thank you in advance.
